This car was built by Rolla Vollstedt in 1959 for the 1960 season. It is powered by a 255 C.I. Offenhauser engine. It was later purchased by Canadian driver Ed Kostenuk. Ed raced it until 1964, it was then purchased by Tassi Vatis. It ran as the Konstant Hot Special from 1964 to 1966. Then it was later sponsored by Valvoline.

It had quite alumni of drivers. Including Len Sutton , Ed Kostenuk , Bobby Grim , Johnny Rutherford , Bob Harkey , Joe Leonard , Arnie Keeper , Gary Congdon ,Wally Dallenbach , Sam Sessions  , Bentley Warren , Carl Williams . 

It has been completely restored to Concours condition. Period correct Halibrand brakes and wheels, Monroe dampers and a brass radiator. It comes with spare wheels and tires, starter and huge document file.
