Mk6 Davrian built and raced in modsports with significant race history.  Initially raced by John Kirk from 1974 in Scotland.

Mk6 Davrian built and raced in modsports with significant race history.  Initially raced by John Kirk from 1974 in Scotland.  Runner up in 1976 modsports championship.  In 1977 season won it's class every time out and quite often won outright.  During Kirk's ownership visited Croft and won.  It also on occasions raced in three different categories in one day running 850, 998 and 1150 cc engines.  Went on to be raced succesfully by Angus Young in Agra colours for both circuit and hillclimb.


The car was constantly updated throughout it's race career and current specification includes:

  • Rolling chassis with no engine or gearbox

  • All round fabricated wishbones

  • Historic Girling 2 pot callipers all round

  • Davrian disc brakes all round

  • Highly adjustable bias pedal box

  • Converted to coil over shocks all-round

  • Spax shocks on rear and Koni big body on front

  • Built in roll cage (not current spec)

  • Twin fuel tanks

All the chassis work has been done. New body supplied by Tim Duffee. There is a big lot of spare parts including one Dennis Alt engine, Jack Knight gearbox with 2/3 short cut gears, many Revo wheels 8" and 10" inches.
