The Penske PC19 was designed for 1990 season by Nigel Bennett and constructed by Penske Cars Ltd at Poole, Dorset UK . This car was campaigned by Penske Racing, Reading, PA for 1985 Indianapolis 500 winner Danny Sullivan. That season Sullivan won races at Cleveland and Laguna Seca. He finished 6th in the championship.
