This Olds Aurora was built by Pratt & Miller in late 1995 for Brix Racing.  It is chassis GT-001 and is one of one. This was a purpose built Aurora unlike the #5 team car which is a converted Cutlass. It was first tested at Atlanta International Speedway in November 1995 and made it's race debut at the 1996 Daytona 24 Hour.

During their championship season, Hoerr along with Darin Brassfield scored 4 wins and a 2nd place.  Greg Pickett drove the car at Sears Point to an additional 2nd place.

This car still has the Aurora engine in it. The gearbox is the wide gear version of the Hewland ST200 gearbox.  The rearend is a Tex Powell built 9" Ford.  It comes with a large number of spares including 3 Aurora engines, wheels, tires, gears and more. This also includes a trailer.
