This is March 88C-015. It was originally powered by a Cosworth Ford DFX engine.  It's early history is currently unknown.  Sometime after 1988 it was converted to American Indy Car Series (AIS) specs utilizing a small block Chevrolet engine. It was campaigned in 1997 and 1998 by J.W. Mitchell.  In 1997, J.W. finished 3rd in the championship and was rookie of the year. It underwent extensive restoration, the induction system and fuel system were changed. It currently runs on gasoline and utilzes a carburetor for ease of operation. The engine produces 590 HP. If you are looking for an Indy car without all the procedures that come with operating it, this could work for you.
