This March 711 - 2. It was driven by Ronnie Peterson it it's debut at the 1971 South African Grand Prix. Later he scored 2nd place finishes at Monaco and a non-championship race at Hockenheim. Followed by a 4th place at Zandvoort. The car was then relegated to backup car status. It was brought to the 1971 Austrian Grand Prix and used for the debut of future 3-time Formula 1 World Champion Niki Lauda.


The car is powered by the legendary Cosworth Ford DFV engine coupled to a Hewland FG400 gearbox.
