This is Lotus 70 - 01. It was originally purchased by Koshland Competition and was powered by a Falconer & Dunn 302 C.I. Ford. It was debuted in 1969 by Mario Andretti at the 1969 SCCA Formula 5000 season finale at Sebring. He qualified the car on the pole, but retired onlap 12 with engine problems. In the 1970 season, the car appeared in 4 races with George Follmer at the wheel. He scored victories at Mont Tremblant and Mid-Ohio. The other two races, he was 2nd and 3rd in those events.
