This Reynolds Aluminum Big Block Chevrolet is a fresh engine. In this configuration it will put out 800+ HP. The block is authentic Reynolds Aluminum block casting number 0-326711. This is an actual Can Am block, it is not a ZL-1 block. The last time it was run was in 1987,  then it was torn down and freshened  in 2020. It has new pistons, rings, head gaskets, rod and main bearings. It has the original Vertex magneto that was checked in 2020 up to 8,000 rpm. The engine has been stroked to 543 cu. in. with a billet crankshaft. It has Kinsler 2.9 in. fuel injection that was used on these engines in the SCCA Can Am races.

• Zero leakage second rings NOS Childs & Albert

• .990 floating wrist pins

• Wrist pin .990 spiral locks

• Titanium valves

• Titanium retainers

• Triple 1.625” Vasco Red springs (with 3 runs)

• Crower steel roller rockers

• Lash caps (full set of 16)

• Special Longer push rods needed for the installed deck plate addition for the longer stroke

• Head Gaskets NOS

• Head and Main studs

• Refurbished and not run Vertex magneto tested to 8,000 rpm at Grand Prix Tulsa OK

• Spark Plug 7mm wire set

• Spark Plug wire separator looms

• Champion N63 spark plugs with about with 3 runs

• Billet 4.375” Velasco crankshaft (3 runs since checked)

• Flex Plate 168 tooth, 11 in. dia.

• Engine starter (11087 4 7A28 4 Delco)

• Un installed GM small / big block bell housing for starter mounting

• Donovan gear drive
